Our Stud-Integrated Modular Walls (SIM Walls) are designed for next-generation solid wall construction without traditional masonry. Lightweight and versatile, SIM Walls facilitate simple construction while offering the flexibility to meet custom lengths and high-performance specifications. This allows builders to build any home with unique designs with minimal onsite work.

Firstly, we focus on Integration by combining structural elements with boards for architectural finishes within our modular units, simplifying the construction process and enhancing structural performance. A two-stage process, with later-stage on-site insulation filling, helps keep modular wall units as lightweight components for simple construction. Once filled with insulation materials, they will integrate with the modular walls to further enhance the structural performance. The wall will have a high thermal mass and be inherently airtight solid structural walls.

Secondly, our approach emphasises Modularization to ensure off-the-shelf availability and improve manufacturing and material efficiency. Finally, we had to invent a new form of stud hollow stud, a patent pending innovation to facilitate the fabrication of modules and simple construction.

At Sonmill, we believe that we are the first to introduce the Ready to Build module-based system. These panels come in a perfect size, perfect weight and have no lead time for builder-friendly construction.

We have integrated some of the best materials and technology from other forms of construction to improve performance and simplify module-based construction.

We are introducing pre-built wall modules. The builder can purchase modules like they purchase the studs. One typical module weighs about 50 kg, offering a relatively faster construction without skilled labour and cranes. We take a balanced approach.

At the moment, our products are not yet available for purchase as we are in the process of obtaining the necessary approvals to ensure compliance with the highest industry standards.
